TikTok is a platform where you can share fun short videos. With its inbuilt video editor, special effects, quirky filters and a colossal music catalog, TikTok has nearly 1 billion fans worldwide.

Having a silvery-grayish GUI, TikTok also offers a nice outlay. It presents the standard options: Search, Send a Message, Friendship Request, Share a Video, Download, Mark as Favorite, and so forth.

It’s pretty self-explanatory, so you can quickly start shooting your vidz, applying to them effects, and honing your editing skills. The rest of the TikTok is easy-to-master.

The app’s main concept is shooting and sharing videos. It’s pretty much like YouTube, only there’s a time limit of 60 seconds. (It makes it similar to the late Vine). Upon finishing the camera work, you can get to editing right away.

TikTok has its studio with a wealth of cool effects. You can apply slow motion, adjust clips from different takes, synchronize your creation with music, apply transitions, add blur, visual noise, retro tape filter, artificial statics, and more.

Publishing your masterpiece takes merely a minute. It can harvest its first likes and followers pretty quickly, as users are inclined to discover newly published videos way more often than they do on YouTube.

Finally, one of the reasons why TikTok got so big in the first place is its music library. There are hundreds of artists and bands, including Eminem, Tame Impala, iLoveFriday, Flaming Lips, Paul Anka, DJ Khaled, and others.
